General tasks

Protect marrows and squashes with a tile or glass underneath the fruit to stop rotting. Clean out carrots showing signs of carrot fly. Chop off leaves, stalks, and unwanted runners of strawberry plants to about 1 inch from the top of the plant. Leave runners on healthy plants for propagation. Leave out harvested onions to dry before storing.
