General tasks

French Beans- pick pods when about 4 inches long, and keep picking. Check the undersides of brassicas leaves for the eggs or caterpillars of the cabbage white butterfly. Earth up potatoes and mulch with any dry materials - weeds, grass cuttings, etc. Above all, keep watering your plants regularly.
